Will this delete her photos, documents, or browser bookmarks?
No. Grandma Optimizer Pro never targets personal files. It only optimizes system settings, temporary files, and reversible Windows configuration areas.
Does it disable Windows Update or Defender?
No. We intentionally do not disable security services, update mechanisms, firewall rules, or accessibility features.
Can I undo a change if something feels wrong?
Yes. The app creates a system restore point before any system change, and the Recovery Center provides clear rollback instructions.
Does it send her data to the cloud?
No. Telemetry and diagnostics are local by default. Nothing leaves her computer unless she explicitly chooses to share a support bundle.
What versions of Windows are supported?
Windows 10 version 1903 or later, and Windows 11, on x64 systems.
Why is the download not available yet?
The installer is completing final code-signing and clean-machine Windows 11 certification. Public download will open as soon as both are complete.
